Administration ( No. of Position – 4)
  • Higher Secondary education or above in Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Having strong communication and writing skills in English.
  • Proficient in documentation, record-keeping, FEIMS, and MS Offiice, with a strong focus on compliance with DoFE and ethical standards. 
IT ( No. of Position – 1)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Having Strong communication and wring skills in English.
  • Expertise in IT systems, networking, hardware, software, social media, template design, and data security.
Front Desk (No. of Position – 2)
  • Higher Secondary education or above in Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Having Strong communication and wring skills in English.
  • Skilled in welcoming candidates and guests, managing calls and reception dues, ensuring smooth recruitment operations, and proficient in MS Office.
Security Guard (No. of Position – 2)
  • Secondary education or above; Ex-Police/Army preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant security experience.
  • Responsible for ensuring safety and security, monitoring access to premises, and responding  effectively to emergencies.
Cook (No. of Position – 1)
  • Formal culinary training or certification from a recognized culinary school or program.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen, preferably in a corporate or institutional setting.
  • Skilled in Nepali cuisine, cooking techniques, food safety, and communication.
  • Responsible for meal preparation, menu planning, inventory management, maintaining personal and kitchen hygiene, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Driver (No. of Position – 1)
  • Secondary education or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record and ability to handle various driving conditions.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and proactive maintenance skills, with composure in emergencies.
  • Ensures safe driving, timely transport, vehicle cleanliness, and strict adherence to traffic laws.
